Flash: The Obamaadministration announced today that it will begin to normalize relations with Cuba, saying that "It was time for a new approach" after 50 years of policies that haven't worked for either country. Many restrictions applying to Cuba will be lifted, including travel. This opens up many possibilities for baby boomers - not just freer travel but also the country as a retirement destination?
